How & When Will My Sparkle & Dot Order Arrive?

Please check for delays in your local area & remember these are just advisory dates; the earlier the better!

These are only guidelines & I can't guarantee they'll arrive by a particular date. These are  busy periods so please order well ahead of time as all of my pieces are made to order.

 

HOW?

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. All items are tracked meaning they are scanned at drop off, along the way & at delivery. 


WHEN?

My processing time is the time it takes me to create your piece; it doesn't include the time it takes to reach you once I have shipped it. I will always have details on the homepage of how long my processing currently is. Busy times like Christmas, Mother's Day & Father's Day will extend my processing times.

  • In the UK most items are received 3 working days after completion however please allow up to 10 working days. Items are not deemed as missing until 10 working days after the due arrival date.
 
  • USA & Canada - Items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & take 5 - 7 working days to arrive in the USA however they are then subject to customs checks before being delivered to your address. This can take up to 6 weeks in some rare cases. Items are not deemed as lost until 25 days after the due arrival date. Please see HERE for important details.

    • Ireland - items will go via DPD as there are just to many issues, sadly, with AnPost since Brexit. Delivery is usually 5 working days but can take longer. Please see HERE for important details.

    • France - Items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery is usually 7 - 20 working days however delays do happen. Please see HERE for important details.

    • Australia - Please allow at least 7 - 14 working days to arrive in the country. Customs checks do delay items further. This can take up to 6 weeks in some rare cases. Items are not deemed as lost until 25 days after the due arrival date. Please see HERE for important details.

     

    Peak times such as Christmas can, & usually do, add substantial delays. Please order well in advance.

    Customs and import taxes for overseas buyers -
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately that now includes all areas in the EU. You can check with your area Government website.
    I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

    SPECIAL DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

    Although all of my items are posted within the UK via 1st Class Signed delivery or Tracked24, which aims to deliver within 1 - 3 working days, this is not guaranteed & on rare occasions can take up to 10 working days. If you want guaranteed delivery for a special occasion; a birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day etc. please select the  Special Delivery upgrade.

    Like everything, hiccups can occur & items are not deemed as lost until after 5 working days of the due delivery date, even with a guaranteed service.

     

    INTERNATIONAL - unfortunately due to Brexit I have had to cease selling to the EU on my website. Hopefully this will update in the future. I am still shipping to the US, Canada & Australia but please be aware of delays at peak times.

    LOCAL COLLECTION

    If you live close by to Ruskington, NG34 & would rather collect your piece just select the option to 'pick up'. Please contact me to arrange a day to collect. Please keep to between 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday.

    I do aim to have orders complete within 1 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday)

     

    GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

    All of my items will arrive gift wrapped (bracelets) or in a hessian or linen bag (keyrings, everything else) at no extra charge. However you will also find a listing to purchase a gift box. These are perfect for all of my pieces excluding any of the chunkier bracelets. A perfect option for gifts ❤

    NAME TAGS are excluded from free shipping. They will arrive in a basic organza bag & will be posted via stamp.

     


    Occasionally things don't go to plan with shipping & delays & missing items happen. This is incredibly disappointing for both of us & I will always do what I can to fix things.

    Please make sure you check your address & postcode details at the time of ordering. Unfortunately if a wrong address is provided there is absolutely nothing I can do once your item is posted.
